Let's make paper lanterns for our October festival! Please join us at the ArtYard Workshop at 62A Trenton Avenue on September 11 from 10 AM-1PM to participate in a lantern making workshop to construct custom paper lanterns for the October 22-24 lantern festival/dance performance by Brian Sanders’ JUNK at ArtYard. The October 22-24th festival will illuminate the experience of migrant peoples and take place along the river’s edge on the ArtYard campus featuring these community constructed lanterns and other sparkly nighttime pleasures. Please wear clothes that you don’t intend to wear to a ball, and bring a beloved playlist. This event is free. All materials provided by ArtYard. We look forward to seeing you here!
