SILVER SPRING, MD — Steven Hirsch Eisen, 74, has been accused of getting the attention of people in Kensington and then exposing himself, Montgomery County Police said. The Silver Spring resident has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
Police say they first started investigating complaints of a man exposing himself in November 2020 and identified Eisen as a potential suspect.
On July 5, police went to a call from the 3900 block of Ferrara Drive. The caller there said that a man exposed and touched himself inappropriately in public, and described his appearance. Police say they located Eisen the next day, and got a warrant for his arrest on July 16. He was arrested and charged on July 20, police say.
"Eisen made statements acknowledging his involvement in the incidents," the police said in a news release.
Police believe there may be more victims and are asking anyone who believes they may have been a victim of indecent exposure to call them at 240-773-5573.
