Driver/Furniture Mover/ Home Staging Assistant Brite Ideas Home Staging is a Sacramento based company serving the greater Sacramento area and surrounding counties. We are growing and we need another team member to help us meet our goals! Description of Job Activities: - Drives a box truck to deliver home furnishings to and from warehouse and residential homes. - Moves furniture including sofa seating, tables, chairs, beds and mattresses to and from warehouse, trucks and residential homes. - Assists Project Leader in assembling and careful packing of items such as fragile decor, lamps, bedding and pillows, artwork and rugs. - Assists Project Leader in the installation of home staging including hanging artwork, cleaning furniture and vacuuming. - Responsible for maintaining organization of inventory in assigned areas of warehouse. - Performs light cleaning duties in a warehouse setting. - Performs other related duties as required to meet the needs of the Project Leader. Qualifications: - Submit to employer paid D.O.T. physical exam. - Clean driving record. Must have a Valid Driver's License and be insurable to drive a box truck. - Have some experience in the assembly of furniture and use of basic hand tools. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a team as well as independently. - Be able to lift furniture of 50lbs or more. - Must be mindful of safe work practices.
