Immediate Openings!!! Established local Drywall Contractor looking for skilled individuals to work full-time. Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience and have tools/truck for work. Must be neat and punctual, able to work independently and with crews. Bilingual is a plus. Pay is dependent on experience. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Skills Needed: Knowledgeable and familiar with Float & tape tools, cutting tools. Able to safely lift varying size and weight materials, stand for long periods; work in a noisy and fast-paced work environment that includes dust and varying temperatures. Ability to perform repetitive motions. Must be able to; multi-task and apply specific detailed procedures in an orderly and methodical fashion; perform duties and manage the sudden shift in job priorities per project requirements. Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties: Responsible for applying drywall compound to seams between drywall panels and to nail or screw indentations on the surface of the panels. • The finisher will work on new walls and ceilings and may repair existing walls as well. • May prepare high walls and ceilings that require the use of ladders or scaffolding and stilts. • Must know how to do Level 1 to 5 finish. • Must be able to manage time/tasks and tape/float as needed with little or no supervision or direction. Requirements (MUST): Experience at least 1+ years in trade Have own truck & tools Reliable, clean work Great attitude! Speak English language (Bilingual is a plus) Strong attention to details Organized and able to Forecast (able to anticipate problems before they arise) Excellent customer relationship skills Able to run multiple projects from start to finish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
