Lafayette Band's August 4 concert cancelled

Due to the near 100% forecast of rain this evening in North Kingstown, the Lafayette Band has cancelled its outdoor concert scheduled for tonight, August 4, at the N.K. Free Library. There is no rain date. This brings to an end the band's summer concert schedule. The band will resume weekly rehearsals in the fall, and local musicians are invited to join in.
