CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a man, currently believed to be homeless in the Granite State, who is wanted on a warrant out of Vermont.
Jeffrey David Robtoy is 51, about 6 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighs around 210 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. According to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, Robtoy has scars on his left cheek, chest, and right hand.
"Robtoy is being sought on an arrest warrant issued by the U.S. District Court out of the District of Vermont, for violations of his conditions of supervised release," White said. "Robtoy is being supervised after a conviction and sentence for the conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute narcotics in 2018. Robtoy is currently believed to be transient in Manchester, NH, where he was last seen panhandling."
White said, in an alert on Wednesday, that the last person to see Robtoy described him "as looking a lot different and rough compared to what was seen before."
Anyone with information about Robtoy or who sees someone who looks like him should contact the task force at 603-225-1632 or local police.
