Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add 2-3 general maintenance contractors to our Sarasota team. The majority of the homes we work on are occupied. We are doing general home maintenance NOT turns or rehabs. Quality and reliability are the keys to success with us. Must have: -Own truck -Own tools Looking for someone who can do a least 2 of the following: -Light plumbing -Light electrical -Drywall/texture/painting -Fence work -Roof repairs -General handyman/maintenance work Our Company: - This is not a lead service. There are no fees associated with taking our work. - We are NOT looking for someone to "sell" when on site. We send you to get the work done. -We pay for all materials. - This is a 1099 contractor position. - We operate off of an app for assigning work orders and uploading before/after pictures.
