Press release from Ramsey County Government: August 4, 2021 Due to an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in Ramsey County, and new recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, cloth face coverings are now required in county facilities. The decision was made following the meeting of the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, August 3. The city of Saint Paul has resumed its requirement that all employees and visitors to city-controlled facilities wear cloth face coverings, whether they are vaccinated or not.
