We are looking for an assistant with multitask capabilities to help as with our Airbnb business. We pay $15 per hour until we figured if the candidate will match for a full time job. We need a person with their own transportation to help us perform the next tasks but not limited to: * Check the properties before check in * Managing your property * Summer home administration * Vacation home administration * Managing your listings on portals like Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, etc. * Managing reservations * Assisting the guests with the trip’s agenda/trip schedule arrangement * Managing client inquiries * Customer support via phone/email/chat * Co-ordinate the clean schedule with the cleaners * Research for vendors for repairs to be made at the property * Follow-up with vendors for completing the repairs as per a set schedule We are also looking for Cleaning ladies
