PHM Development is looking is hire a professional and reliable individual to assess properties in the Bakersfield area. This is an on call position. Property Assessment includes asking the property owner/landlord a list of questions and taking detailed photos and videos of the property. You will need transportation and a quality camera phone (iPhone preferred) for this position.
