Press release from the Contra Costa County Government: August 4, 2021 The City of San Pablo is offering 0.50 acres of undeveloped land at 1820 Rumrill Blvd for purchase and development by a qualified and experienced developer or development  team to build and manage new rental housing units. The City is seeking to maximize the site for suitable, quality affordable housing. The zoning for the site also incentivizes a commercial or mixed-use component to the development, with some flexibility on this provision based on the number of affordable housing units developed at the site.
