In desperate need of a new home. Located in Perryville, but able to meet / deliver in the Cecil County and possibly Harford County areas. I could even work out transport to Bear or Newark DE area. I can no longer keep my 7 year old Boxer mix girl because of my living situation. I had to leave home quickly and I’ve only got a week to find her a home. She is spayed and up to date on rabies. She’s approximately 53lbs. She’s crate trained and housebroken. Trained to walk loosely on leash and highly obedient on and off leash. She knows things like picking up dropped stuff or things like her bowl, so she can pick up her food bowl when she’s done so you can clean it easier. She would be best as an only pet or with dogs her own size as she is a resource guarder and will not share food or chews. She has been around cats, ferrets, gliders, llamas, horses, chickens, and other animals. She can be super active, a couch potato, or anything in between. She’s an easy keeper. She isn’t destructive and doesn’t chew inappropriately. She loves going to the lake to swim, and she enjoys riding on boats. She does shed, so she’s not good for people with dog allergies. Regular brushing and deshed treatments help if you do care about hair. She is free to a good home. She comes with her collar, digital vet records, microchip information, and some food. Because I don’t have many of her things with me anymore, I’ll be giving some money with her so you can buy her other things she needs. I don’t want her to end up in a kill shelter, so please contact me if you personally can take her. I’ve tried contacting rescues and so far the only responses were that they couldn’t take her.
