***NEEDING A TEAM OR MOVERS FOR TOMORROW THU & FRI @ 8:30a at OUR TRUCK BASE (Connor Dr, Austin, TX 78753)*** We are a Family owned and Operated licensed moving company based out of the 78753 area. We are currently seeking 2 movers on a Freelance Basis to assist with overload of jobs and/or to fill in for some of my regulars. This can turn into more stable work for the right movers or team. By freelancing, you "Claim" the workdays that fit your schedule. We send Route/Workday alerts by text and the crew or movers that "Claims" it first gets a Confirmation message, or call, within 30-minutes. Freelance Movers have a flexible work schedule to accomodate school/2nd job. Above average hourly wages w/ shared tips. Muscles, good attitude, and brains.....that's what we look for in our Movers. If you are a Team Players, enjoy working outdoors instead of behind a desk, meeting new people, and don't break under the pressure of problem solving, then you are the man for the job. We apply the "Work Smarter, Not Harder" rule. Above all, a good attitude is what makes our Movers earn bigger Tips! Professional moving experience is a MUST. We are seeking EXPERIENCED MOVERS. We are willing to re-train as-you-go if you need minor training/twitching and always welcome learning new tricks from our newcomers. However, we do not currently have the time to allocate in training new, unexperienced movers. If you DO NOT KNOW how to move furnishings safely through corridors and/or handle a dolly full of boxes, then please DO NOT APPLY. Preference given to TEAMS of Movers than come as a 2-Man Team w/ Box Truck Driver Driving moving trucks is a Plus. If you are Bilingual its a Bonus. We do require all Movers to bring their own basic assembly tools, have reliable transportation to base (78752) or to Jobsites, and a cellphone for contact. We will pay DAILY via CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. . For movers wanting a check, we run payroll/pay on Wed & Sat.
