Likely stolen unmotorized scooter found, probably, discarded by thief and laying on sidewalk on my way walking home after midnight in the early morning hours of Tuesday August 3, 2021.

No reward will be accepted... I just hate the crime: As I write this article at 7am same morning, I find a Boston Blue Bike discarded on the ground in the middle of the same sidewalk.
