About Next Phase Move Assistance: We are an established, family-owned company that specializes in managing moves for San Diego seniors. Supporting our clients in all aspects of the moving process, our primary goal is to create a seamless and stress-free experience that includes downsizing, packing/unpacking, organizing and estate clean-outs. Searching for: a positive, creative, self-starter that enjoys working in a team environment. Job Details: • Part-time, permanent positions with morning and afternoon shifts available. Offering 20-hour (unbenefited) and 30 hour/week (includes benefit stipend) position based on applicant’s availability and experience. • Team Members will be responsible for downsizing, organizing, packing and unpacking at the client’s residence. • This is a physically active position that will require long periods of standing, bending, use of a stepladder and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. • A reliable vehicle necessary as we work out of clients’ homes located throughout San Diego. A smart phone and familiarity with apps are also required as we use these for time-keeping purposes. Growth opportunities are available!
