Tree Removal Company Needs Experienced Skid Steer/Heavy Equipment Operator We are a small, family-owned company looking for an experienced skid steer operator. We provide great hours between 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday. Experience: 2 Years or more experience in operating skid steer Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required Valid driver’s license Team attitude Daily attendance and punctuality is a must Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for operating Skid Steer with root grapple attachment. Assist tree crew with ground work. Performs daily equipment inspections prior to starting work and complete the required paperwork for documentation. Performs daily maintenance of equipment as may be required. Daily clean-up of the work area. Ability to participate in all work required for the completion of scheduled jobs. Participate in and ensure safe working practices according to OSHA and company policies & procedures. Communicate effectively and establish good working relationships with tree crew and groundmen. Ability to report to a job with own transportation. Weather permitting, we operate Monday-Friday and, occasionally, on Saturday We offer competitive pay based on experience: $200+ per day for experienced operator. $220-$260 per day for experienced operator with a truck to pull the Company’s Skid Steer.
