Local contractor seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Grounds Maintenance Laborer. Essential Duties & Job Functions: • Mowing, weeding, tree trimming, hedge pruning, edging, blowing, etc. • Operate vehicles and various equipment as required. • Perform other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications: Mandatory • Two years ground maintenance experience. • Basic knowledge of heavy equipment capabilities and operations. • Required to pass a Federal Background Investigation. • Possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. • Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident. Preferred • Technical experience and/or training in small engine repair. • Possess basic mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge with regards to small gasoline and diesel engines and various landscaping and grounds keeping power equipment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.23 per hour
