Did someone loose their pet parakeet

Blue parakeet found at the entrance of the neighborhood market Walmart off gateway in Springfield. Has a band around its leg. My son felt bad for the bird so I felt obligated to make a post to try and locate the owners. We did call the nearest pet store which is the Petco right off gateway as well to maybe see if they could do anything for the bird or if the bird came from their store. So they may or may not try and pick up the bird. But for now he’s at the Walmart. We were there at today at 7pm.
