Looking for a candidate with experience in property management. Our ideal Maintenance Tech will have extensive skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, drywall, HVAC, and landscape. This is a full time (40hr/week) position and will assist in all aspects of repair and maintenance of 3 mobile home communities. Must have reliable transportation and pass background check. The job duties of the Maintenance Tech include: - Develop and implement an effective maintenance program for all common areas of the community. - Full restoration of park owned homes which includes interior and exterior paint, cabinet repair, flooring, roof seal and coating, installation of skirting, and HVAC repair. - Maintain common area landscape, tree trimming, and general maintenance. - Monitor all vendor projects to insure work quality and safety. - Develop equipment maintenance and repair schedule that protects and promotes the proper use and care of equipment and tools. - Maintain weed control at a frequency that protects community appearance.
