You will be responsible for a 2-3 person crew that will be installing windows and doors in our customers’ homes in Yuma, La Paz and Mohave counties. In addition to technical and practical competence, which is essential, you must have strong leadership, people and organizational skills. You must have initiative and be a problem solver. You must be able to train and lead your crew to deliver a great customer experience every single time.
You must have a reliable vehicle, trailer and tools. Installation training on our specific installation methods will be provided where applicable. All window, door and ancillary materials to complete every job will be provided by the company.
