Immediate Opening Available Looking for a motivated candidate with experience in residential and commercial design Requirements: • Bilingual Preferred*** • MUST have reliable transportation/ able to work in the field and navigate to multiple job sites • 2 years experience with construction production & managing subcontractors preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and fellow team members • Experience and knowledge of the construction process, building systems, reading blueprints, obtaining permits and documentation. • Very strong organization and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple on-going projects in various phases of design and construction Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 (working mostly in the field supervising job sites, OT as needed)
