APARTMENT (P/T OR F/T) HANDYMAN SAN FERNANDO VALLEY Salary Based on Experience and Responsibilities
We are looking to fill several Handymen & Property Managers positions to handle ALL maintenance responsibilities involved in managing our San Fernando Valley Apartment Communities. We are expanding rapidly so these entry-level positions provide for fast-track promotions once you’ve proven yourself and your responsibilities increase.
In order to qualify for these positions, you MUST:
• HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE HANDIMAN, PROPERTY MANAGER OR CONTRACTOR’S EXPERIENCE.
• GENERALLY, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPERLY COMPLETING ALL OPEN TASKS., INCLUDING LIGHT DUTY PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AC, DRYWALL PATCHING & PAINTING, DOOR LOCKS, GARAGE GATES, ETC.
• BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
• BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDANTLY, PRIORITIZE YOUR ASSIGNED TASKS, BE DETAIL ORIENTED, ORGANIZED & ABLE TO MULTI-TASK
• HAVE THE ABILITY TO INTERACT REPECTFULLY WITH OTHERS & COMPLETE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS AT MULTIPLE PROPERTIES INCLUDING MOVE-IN/MOVEOUT INSPECTIONS, PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TASKS AND ALL TYPES OF GENERAL REPAIRS.
• HAVE A RELIABLE VAN, PICK-UP OR TRUCK WITH VERIFIED LIABILITY INSURANCE, AN EXCELLENT DRIVING RECORD & GOOD CREDIT
• BE ABLE TO GENERATE MAINTENANCE RECORDS & USE A SMARTPHONE/LAPTOP/IPAD
