Great way to exercise burn tons of calories stay in shape. Help with your core muscles and balance. You must have your on skateboard and protective gear. I only provide the knowledge.If you need to buy a skateboard I know where to get skate gear that's affordable. I teach kids teens even adults its never to late to pick up a bored and shred the gnar. Lessons will be any time after 3pm Monday-Friday. Also Saturday and Sunday's. Location is something we will have to agree on but for the most part I'll meet up anywhere.
