12 acre property well maintained with minimal yote issues and well established accessable shelter as well as a few ton tarped hay stacks over the winter to keep them cozy. Experienced mousers preferred, they do not need to be very people savvy, we prefer this to deter them seeking the neighbors company or someone trying to scoop them up thinking theyre a lost cat. Young or older (not on its last leg, though), it does not matter but would prefer a pair who wont fight one another. Consistant food and water will always be provided.
