I really need your help

I have all the materials to build a small Community Help Center cabinet to put near the end of my driveway. This cabinet would be a place to find food, supplies, pet supplies and even clothing donations for those who need help and for those who wish to and are able to donate. What I need is help building it correctly! I have some things I can barter with, but no extra funds available to pay. Anything from a meal for you and your immediate family, to a spa shell drilled and ready for jets, I also have the jets, and most everything to put one together. That includes the pumps and equipment box's. PLEASE Help me out with this
