RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE: -Warehouse maintenance, including inventory removals and additions, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining a clean work site, and following proper procedure. -Familiarity with fire sprinkler/plumbing fittings. -The ability to follow instructions from direct supervision to work with other individuals. -The ability to improvise and problem solve. -The ability to operate a forklift. OTHER SKILLS: -Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal -Familiar with appropriate safety conditions in the warehouse. REQUIREMENTS: -2 years experience as a warehouse employee. -Valid NYS drivers license and own transportation to and from work. This position is based on a regular 40 hour work week, start time 5:00 AM with required overtime as needed by the company. • Must pass drug screen • Must pass background check • Can consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and Must be able to stand for full 8 hour shifts + Overtime when needed by the Company. • Must be at least 18+ years old • Must be able to read, write, understand English • Required: Consistent attendance, ability to get to work on time 5:00 AM, every day - Team player, willingness to work when needed, help out and volunteer for extras Sirina Fire Protection offers competitive pay based on skills and experience.
