Service Parts Controller Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintains a balanced inventory consistent • Distribute parts to assigned technicians • Enters receipt of parts/supplies into computer to update automated inventory records • Physically checks in all incoming orders and transfers to stock • Physically checks return parts and receives into our system • Conducts weekly physical inventory via cycle counts; maintains stock levels • Organize core returns and account for all returns • Responsible for the parts & components, storage layout, proper and safe storage, accurate counting of stock on hand, and warehouse security • Support assigned technicians • Perform other such tasks as needed and as requested.
