SNELLING seeks full-time, Temporary Production Operators for our Greeley manufacturing client. This is an 11-week assignment with three-day weekends! You will be responsible for the quality and packaging of products produced on the lines in which they are assigned. Perks for Temporary Production Operators: • Three-day weekends! • Starting pay: $14/per hour • Solid, steady three-month gig, with the potential of permanent placement for the right candidates Required Qualifications and Responsibilities for Temporary Production Operators: • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance throughout the day • Demonstrate ability to operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner that adheres to company training and safety procedures • Evaluation of product on production line to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and operations issues and ensure production line efficiencies • Assist in the completion of production line performance results reporting • Report faulty equipment, damages, and other safety hazards to supervisor/line lead • Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards • Attention to detail, solid work ethic • Professional references will be required • Clean background and drug screen required • Excellent integrity and highly trainable SNELLING is a locally owned, full-service recruiting and staffing firm, placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire positions in Northern Colorado for 23 years.
