Starting pay range is $15-$24 per hour (DOE) and includes 100% premiums paid on health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401K with company match and profit sharing. We prefer experienced installers but if you have a good work ethic and want to learn a valuable trade, we'll train you! Multiple positions open. Requirements: • Good attitude and common sense • Honest with good work ethic • Listen, learn, retain training information and follow directions • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation • Be dependable and punctual • Construction site safety knowledge • Pass a pre-employment drug screening • Be a team player and work well with co-workers • Likes working outside, in all kinds of weather
