PLEASE USE LINK TO APPLY AND SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW: Role and Responsibilities Perform assigned duties essential to the pavement maintenance processes provided by Perrysburg Sealcoating in the areas of parking lot cleaning/preparation, assisting spray technicians (including sealcoat hand work operations), traffic control, and shared shop related maintenance duties. · Candidate must possess the ability to work cooperatively with others under supervision · Must be able to complete a large amount of work in short time frames · Must be comfortable working outdoors in many types of weather conditions · Candidate must show initiative and meet agreed upon production requirements · Must be comfortable working with and around gas powered equipment · Candidates should have proven sustained record of detailed, high quality work · Must possess good communication skills and be direct/professional when dealing with others · Candidate must have reliable means of transportation and proven record of great attendance · Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion Qualifications and Education Requirements Valid driver’s license
