Original Jam Band Looking For Members

Hey all, I am a member of an original jam band looking for members to fill out our sound. Currently we are a three piece- Guitar, Bass, and Drums. Bass/Drums sing. We primary play funk/jazz/rock with progressive tendencies. Good amounts of improvisation and freedom, we play covers as well but prefer original music. We are gig ready at this point and are in the process of booking some gigs. An ideal candidate would have a decent knowledge of music theory (scales, chords, understanding key changes and modal stuff) and be able to pick up the material at a reasonable pace. Ideally we would be looking for a keyboardist but we are open to other lineups as well. As a group, we're all in our mid-late 30s. We set aside our egos and try to focus on writing and performing music we think is cool. We want someone who is motivated to come in and add their uniqueness to our sound. We are very collaborative in general and let the songs grow organically. Interested? Hit me up.
