Established janitorial company looking to add 1-2 part time employees in the Johnson City/Jonesborough area. Our company has been in the Tri Cities area for over 20yrs, we are a small company that works hard to make all employees feel like family! We have schedule flexibility, and offer training on the job. Individuals experienced in cleaning offices/professional buildings are always welcome but we are glad to train the right individuals w/o experience. The individuals that seem to thrive in our environment are those with a good work ethic, attention to detail, positive attitude, that are always looking to improve their position! This is commercial janitorial work, it is manual labor, it is not always easy but can be rewarding. Keep this in mind while applying! Are you really interested in working? We have both day and evening shifts available at this moment. Saturday work is normally needed but it is 1/2 days most weeks and some Saturday will be off if desired. We offer raises after training is complete and often moving forward if employee shows willingness to work, shows up as scheduled, and has no complaints!
