CARS Recon Inc. is NOW HIRING Full-time Auto Detailers in Indianapolis, IN. ** Sign-on bonus after the first 30 days!** SUMMARY It is our job to detail/clean cars in the auto auction industry so that they are ready for the auction’s sale each week. This is a fast-paced position that requires a strong attention to detail and exceptional teamwork and communication. Career training and growth opportunities available. RESPONSIBILITIES Detail the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet the auction’s needs Detailing includes but is not limited to scraping, spraying, scrubbing and polishing vehicle in its entirety using scrapers, brushes, cloths, cleaners, disinfectants, abrasives, vacuums and hoses. Shovel, sweep and vacuum loose debris and salvageable scraps from vehicle into large waste containers. Remove containers from work areas as needed. May be subject to indoor/outdoor weather conditions. Effectively utilize a variety of equipment, cleaners, polishes and waxes to ensure that vehicle is successfully detailed to company standards. REQUIREMENTS No experience necessary. We will train! Must be 18+ to apply Must have reliable transportation Driver’s license PREFERRED Ability to safely and effectively operate shop equipment All employees are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package after 60 days of employment.
