Established original duo (guitar & piano) seek skilled, soulful percussionist.. Our music is singer/songwriter with classic R&B influence. Think Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones, Eric Clapton, Alicia Keys all jumbled together into an Adult Contemporary Vibe. We have lots of harmony, so if you have a masterful ear and want to sing along, that's cool, but not a deal breaker if you don't. Ideally, you have experience, your own gear, transportation, are over 40 and have a powerful desire to create tight, inspired sounds. Rehearsals are 1x per week with gigs being 1-2x per month. We are an original act that also employs cover tunes when gigs call for 'em. Serious inquiries only - not a jam session. Looking for a creative, kind and committed band member.
