C.C.S. is an established General Contractor that operates and services a variety of residential and commercial contracts. Our current ranks and customer service has allowed our workload to expand. Because of this, we are now looking to expand our ranks with a variety of positions including · Single Handyman, house flippers, or specialty services · Crews of 1-3 man that can handle punch list Scopes of Work with deadlines to be met and standards to exceed for our current and new clients · Part time helpers for debris removal, drywall work and other smaller projects. · Work order technicians to service occupied homes and provide excellent customer service to tenants and owners alike. All positions and crews are preferred to have their own tools for a variety of trades, reliable transportation and trailers for trash pickup of job sites, and a reliable smartphone for application and photo management. We currently offer the ability to start on with us as a 1099 (W9) and after a probationary period move to W2. We currently offer mileage reimbursement as well for some positions.
