I am setting up a manufactured home in Edgewood. I need someone to help if various tasks which could include some painting, plumbing (change a faucet for example), flooring installs, light carpentry, landscaping, etc.
I also have three properties to maintain, so I can use help from time to time. Ideally I am looking for someone with whom I can have a long time work relationship. Rather than posting an ad each time I would like to have two or three people who I can contact when I need help.
I will $18 per hour or up to $25 if you have experience or are a hard worker. Jobs will be at least 3 hours long. I will pay $10 for gas for each time you come to work.
Let me know what things you know how to do and what kind of work you are willing to do.
