Lawn mowing needed

I bought a property that was previously foreclosed on - so the lawn has not been mowed for a few years. I need someone with a sturdy mower to handle the first time cut, to get it under control so a regular mower can be used. The yard is an average size one, about 1/3 acre. The grass varies from 1 foot to 2 feet tall with weeds that are up to 3 feet in some places. I would prefer for it to be bagged (it can be dumped on location if needed) or if you have a really really good mulcher I may be ok with it. Just don’t want a huge mess leftover.
