Baby Guinea Pigs

I want to find a good home for my two baby guinea pigs. They are both females aboth 12-15 weeks old, and go together like two bookends. They come with a beautiful cage that my husband built out of 100% recycled materials, two water bottles, a hay feeder, two dishes, and some food and vitamin c tabs for guinea pigs, and some shavings. They are white with black, brown, and orange markings on their faces. They are very shy of people and need a hooman who is patient when it comes to getting small animals to trust people. Apparently this is not me. I have tried and they seem to be very afraid of me. However, they do like my dog who would actually like to eat them. This is part of the problem. I cannot trust my dog around these girl pigs. She is obsessed and cannot leave them alone. I think they would be great for a family with children and or a dog that does not want to eat small furry animals.
