We design and build unique, prototypical, wood-frame structures, that are creative, challenging, gratifying and beautiful. For Carpenters, your hourly wage will reflect your skills and how you use them. For Helpers your wage reflects your initiative and skill accumulation. The more skills you possess, the greater your value. Our wage scale is modeled after the scale used by the Carpenter’s Union. We want to work with enthusiastic, organized and motivated people and in exchange we strive to meet their need for financial stability. Wages are paid each week. During the warmer months we try to work a four day workweek. Usually, Tuesday thru Friday, with Saturday, Sunday, Monday off. We are looking for career minded individuals and not wage chasers. We won’t waste your time and ask that you don’t waste ours. We have been in business since 1998.
