Strikers Academy Coach - Missoula Strikers Soccer Association Key Responsibilities • Ability to implement Strikers Academy training sessions and successfully provide instruction to improve technical execution and tactical decision-making to players ages U9 to U11. • Consistently exemplify our club values and growth mindset to player development. • Other coaching duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications • Previous coaching experience. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate and provide feedback to obtain positive outcomes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. Preferred Qualifications • Coaching experience of 2 or more years at youth or High School level. • Previous playing experience at High School or collegiate level. • Personally self-motivated, positive, energetic, desire to teach and willingness to travel (not required).
