Owner of several small multi-unit rentals in Capitol Hill. Need exterio clean up - trim bushes and trees, pull weeds, clean up leaves and weeds in "garden" areas and around sidewalks, parking pad. Sweep up accumulated leaves and any trash at doorways, on cement stairs.
Must have tools (shovel, clippers/trimmers, broom, rakes, etc). We will supply bags and haul away.
Must speak and understand English.
Interior painting - walls of apartment. experienced, neat, clean work. Includes prep (taping, etc). We supply paint and tools.
Basic general maintenance, cleaning at buildings and units - ongoing work opportunity.
