I am hiring a cleaner for my small AirBnB located in Atascadero, very close to the 101. Studio is about 800 sq ft with a kitchen & bathroom. I will need someone about 2 -3 times a week, depending on my bookings. My booking calendar will be sent to you with most bookings a month in advance. To thoroughly clean the studio, it takes about 1.5 hrs. to 2 hrs tops. This includes laundry time. I do not host to more than 2 people at a time, so you will not have too much of a mess to clean. You will never be cleaning up after a party. You must be very reliable because sometimes guests leave & new guests arrive the same day, not leaving too much time to get the space ready.
