Description Bomaz Farms in Hammond, WI is looking for a valuable team member able to maintain and repair farm machinery as well as work inside dairy cow and heifer barns doing facility repairs and improvements. This person will work on a team of 1-2 other farm mechanics with some jobs requiring team work and others working individually. Types of equipment to work on is wide ranging including various cropping equipment, barn facility, milking parlor, and manure system equipment. Types of repairs are also wide ranging from basic greasing and oil changes, welding and fabrication, up to major engine overhauls. This is a full time position averaging 50 hours per week. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as field and crop conditions dictate is highly desirable. This is an hourly paid position with competitive pay based on the individual’s abilities and experience. Basic mechanic and repair skills are required.
