We are currently seeking a Full-time employee for our position of Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day building maintenance and cleaning. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to: Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs. Perform routine maintenance. Assist with grounds maintenance. Cleaning and disinfecting of facilities as required. Painting. Maintain vehicles. Able to lift more than 50 lbs. Perform duties on elevated work surface's (ladder, scaffolding) as needed. Operate handheld power equipment (power saw, drill, etc.) as needed. Must be available to come in for after hour emergency calls, and work OT as needed. Must be available to work some weekends.
