HELP URGENT great family dog in need of home

Podgy is a great dog but I moved into an apartment and they don’t allow his breed. Hes a black mouthed cue and He’s very protective of people. Example when my brother playfully hits me, podgy will jump on him and bark. He alerts you when people are near the door, and in general is a very good boy. The name podgy is because he sits like a pollo (chicken) sometimes. He is bilingual and knows sit and handshake in Spanish and English. He loves walks a lot and likes being inside. Rehoming fee can be wavered for the right family and I’d appreciate it if we could stay in contact. Please please help he’s a sweetheart. He’s been with other dogs and cats and is very gentle.
