Storage of America has an open position for a FT Floating Asst Property Manager / Site Maintenance Manager in the Indy area. Job Summary: The Self-Storage Assistant Property Manager/Maintenance is a field-based position who is energetic, professional, outgoing, a self-starter who has excellent sales skills, is committed to superior customer service, has light maintenance skills, basis computer skills and is a team player who works well with others. Daily property maintenance will also be the responsibility of this person. Local travel required, East Washington St, West Washington St, West 62nd St and Pendleton Pike - All sites within Marion County and the City of Indianapolis. Store Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:30a-5:30p, Saturday: 9:00a-5:00p, Closed: Sunday Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
