Seeking individuals with a gentle heart for a unique position with a successful pet aftercare funeral home. Qualified candidates must be compassionate, respectful, and comfortable working with people grieving the loss of their loved ones. Attention to detail is an absolute necessity. Job duties include: • Operating and performing cremations • Processing of cremated remains • Driving to various veterinary practices in the Portland/Salem area for pet transport • Ability to be on call 1-2 nights per week • Heavy lifting (Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs independently) • Clean driving record • Exceptional attention to detail • Team Player • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Problem solving skills • Exact hours TBD • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS Job Type: Full -Time Dependent on Background check.
