We are currently seeking experienced glass fabricators to join our team in Youngsville. - Maintain production work flow - Assist in moving stock glass sheets - Run Straight Line Polishing Machines - Run Glass Drilling Machine - Assist in cutting stock glass sheets - Check Glass in - Assist in staging next day’s workload for installation crews - Travel to vendors to pick up material & hardware - Deliver glass to commercial job sites - Assist installation staff as required Requirements: - Proficient in hand tool operation and measuring experience needed. - Previous experience in the construction/building field. - Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record that meets company driver requirements. - Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, time management, and attention to detail. - Basic measuring & layout - Ability to lift 45 lbs unassisted - Ability to lift 100+ lbs assisted Schedule: 7am­-4pm and OT as business needs require. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation commensurate with candidate's experience and skills. Benefit program eligibility 1st day of the month following hire date; medical, dental, life, disability. After 90 days of employment ­ paid time off, Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, stooping/kneeling/crouching, lifting up to 10 lbs frequently. Sitting, Lifting between 25 - 100 lbs. infrequently Majestic is an EOE. We conduct background checks and new ­hire and random drug testing.
