Real Estate Property Management company seeks person for handyman repairs on rental units. Would be a good fit for a semi-retired handyman, but all applicants will be considered. Must have own transportation and tools. A pre-employment drug test is required. The position is part-time, up to 20-30 hours per week, as required. Days and hours are flexible. The hired applicant will be on staff as an employee - no contractor's license is required. Must be skilled at various forms of home repair, including painting, window and minor wall repair and other typical small home repairs. Application must be responsible, reliable, and a team player.
