Pillar Maintenance, a fast growing janitorial company in Jacksonville, has positions available for a site manager at our upcoming commercial properties. Must have experience with managing a staff of 12-14 employees. Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - approx. 9:30pm, with lunch break. Compensation: $15-$17/hr., dependent on experience. Daytime duties to include, but not limited to: - checking general cleanliness of restrooms. - ensure all restroom supplies are well stocked at all times. - addressing tenant requests (i.e., mop up a spill, remove trash, etc.). - keeping lobbies and hallways free of debris. - communicating with building engineer regarding any janitorial issues that may pop up. Night duties to include, but not limited to: - manage janitorial staff throughout the shift. - train new hires and handle hiring paperwork. - ensuring all staff is present at shift start. - must be able to shift employees schedules when short-staffed to ensure all duties are completed. - assist with cleaning when needed. - keep staff motivated. *****MUST CONSENT TO A BACKGROUND CHECK***** Must be dependable and motivated, with reliable transportation.
